Cork Tinnitus Support has its origins in the Cork Tinnitus Support Group, which was established in 1997 as part of the Irish Tinnitus Association. The group consisted of people who had tinnitus, some for many years, and who had learned to live full lives in spite of the condition.
The need for a more comprehensive support service for those suffering with tinnitus became obvious early on, and since 2002, a range of services has been developed to meet those needs. Tinnitus services are provided at the premises of the Cork Deaf Association at 5 MacCurtain Street in Cork.
Cork Tinnitus has now become part of the Cork Deaf Association. If you would like to contact us about any issue related to tinnitus please contact us here.
