An exciting new developement for the Deaf Community is being launched on Wednesday 27th March. ISL Everywhere is a website that can be accessed on smartphones and other internet enabled devices to help people learn Irish Sign Language. The online resource was developed by the Digital Skill Academy for Sharing the Journey (voluntary organisation for parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children), the Irish Deaf Society and the Centre for Deaf Studies.
It will be an invaluable resource for family and friends of both Deaf children and adults who can access the site to look up the Signs for a variety of everyday words and sentences.
